Here’s a pre-workout recipe courtesy of Dr. Eric Serrano that’ll get you “buzzing” in the gym: Take a tablespoon of honey and either some coffee grounds or your favourite coffee, mix well, put it in your mouth and hold for a minute or two… then go train!
