Last week we looked at a great forearm training tool called the Formulator. Today, we’ll look at another good one, the wrist roller.
With this training device, free weights are typically used with the arms held high, but the shoulders tend to burn out before the forearms do. A great solution is to use a low pulley with the arms low.
